Adult Summer Camp Cohort - Summer 2025
You the Artist: Art as Self Portraits
This 8-week summer cohort will consist of two 4 week sessions. All supplies are included. Participants will have access to me through email and or text during the full cohort for “office hours”. The full 8 weeks participants will work on one large work to display at the culminating show October 11th or 12th, location undetermined as of yet. During the 8-weeks, during each meeting participants will learn a new skill and how to relate their work and practice to Self Portraiture. We will examine artists who work in each medium and learn new techniques each week. Twice a month, there will be scheduled off site meet ups all participants can come to, events will be local art type functions and free to attend. Events will be announced closer to the cohort start dates.

Rebecca is an interdisciplinary artist whose work spans a wide range of mediums. Rooted in personal experience and human connection, her art challenges viewers to engage deeply with themes of identity and emotion.
A graduate of the School of the Museum of Fine Arts and University of the Arts London, Rebecca has built a multifaceted practice, recognized for its bold social commentary and thought-provoking narratives. In her own words, Rebecca is a constant learner, always evolving her artistic approach. She embraces teaching various mediums to others, believing in the importance of art as a tool for both personal growth and collective advocacy.
