Tangible Fiction (surface and form)
Basic cup, mug, and jar forms become launching pads for bold, inventive surface work. Watch and learn how to transform simple silhouettes into striking, tactile pieces using 3D‑printed sprigs, custom stamps, and underglaze image transfer. Demonstrations will cover creative layout and design strategies, plus hands‑on applications with terra sigillata and underglaze for layered, luminous effects. Post‑bisque techniques — including airbrush, vinyl stencils, and additional underglaze work — will be shown to complete dynamic, gallery‑ready surfaces.
This two day hands on workshop includes use of all materials, firings, and provides lunch for participating artists both days.
$350 per participant.
