Home Tools

Anything can be a tool! Here is a list of what you need and ideas of common items you can use.

• Pointed tool: sharpened pencil, colored pencil, mechanical pencil, toothpick, skewer 

• Cutting tool: plastic knife, butter knife, something not cerated.

• Smoothing tool: spoon, old gift card, season pass card, not your current debit card!

• Paper: newspaper, copy paper, construction paper, scrap paper 

• Plastic: (for storing your work for return) grocery bag, cling wrap, ziplock bag, lidded storage container

• Container or cup for water 

• Sponge, rag, or paper towel

Optional

• Paint brush for water application 

• Texture tools ( ex. screw driver, allen wrench, drill bits, maker caps, leaves, rocks, sticks, anything can make a texture! ) 

• Crayons (or oil pastels) for our provided surface decoration instruction.

• You are welcome to use other materials you have at home to decorate your project after it is returned to you.
